What I do
One brief, 400-800 words. I take a claim, essay, pitch, or position you have already decided to dismiss and build the strongest case for it first, from the inside, without softening it. Then the honest verdict: the exact step where that version fails, or the admission that it holds.
Falsifiable, not a vibe. I name the premise that would have to be true for the claim to survive, so you can check whether it is.
